KTRAK Cycle Corp. (hereinafter called 'Ktrak' or 'we') warrants the replacement or repair, at its discretion, of any original part due to defect in material and/or workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase. You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of sale.  Shipping charges and dealer labour charges are not covered hereunder.

Installation

Prior to installation, you must read the 'Installation Instructions' and follow the directions in their entirety.  If you require further assistance, please contact your local Ktrak dealer or Ktrak directly.

Intended Use

The Ktrak kit and ski have been designed for limited condition use in snow and soft sand.  Optimum performance will be in soft sand, powder or packed snow of at least 3 inches (8 centimeters) in depth.  Use of the Ktrak outside of the parameters of the 'Intended Use' stated herein will render the warranty null and void.

Safety

Ktrak assumes no liability for your safety while using the Ktrak rear-drive kit and/or ski attachment.  Because it is impossible to anticipate every situation or condition which can occur while riding, this warranty makes no representation about the safe use of the bicycle under all conditions. There are risks associated with the use of any bicycle which cannot be predicted or avoided, and which are the sole responsibility of the rider.

Maintenance is the Owner's Responsibility

An important factor in the life of your Ktrak kit is maintenance.  Your Ktrak kit has been designed to require minimum maintenance.   It is recommended that after each ride you wash the Ktrak with a mild soapy mixture, rinse and allow to thoroughly dry.  In addition, it is important that you examine your Ktrak regularly for signs of sand, salt and other residual materials.  If you observe these, wash, rinse and dry immediately.
